Episode Quotes
Dana: Mother seriously, leaving Frank in charge of this house is like leaving a chimpanzee in charge of the zoo.
(Frank walks into the kitchen undetect by Dana)
Frank: Well Dana, I hope when you ask this chimpanzee for money and get peanuts that you'll understand.

(Frank falls out of the tree into the back of Mike's car)
Frank: Mike, I'm really glad i run into you. You available to do a little dry walling tomorrow?

Dana: (to Frank when she got home from the date with Mike) You. Die. Now.

Frank: I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been up there spying but Dana I was worried about you.
Dana: You said you trusted me.
Frank: Yes but when your mother comes home and asks what happened this weekend I didn't wanna have to tell her, oh nothing much, Al lost a game, Brendan lost a tooth, Dana became a woman.

Episode Goofs
Dana and poor Michael must be deaf to not be able to hear the limb rattling that Frank was doing as he crawled across them on the way to spying on them. The two didn't even notice when the cracking sound was directly above the back seat.
