Cody's professor suggests that he'll never be a competent public speaker unless he tackles his habit of saying, "Dude". So, in an attempt to break his habit, Cody (with Dana's gleeful help) straps himself into a vest filled with batteries and charges Dana with the task of giving him a shock every time he uses the word.
Meanwhile, an eight months pregnant and very insecure Carol discovers Frank is building a fantasy bedroom in the house of his ex-girlfriend. So she (of course) comes to the awful conclusion that he's cheating on her.
The name of Frank's old girlfriend, Pam Marshall, shares the same name as this season's primary Editor.
(Cody comes in wearing his battery pack vest)
Dana: If that outfit means you're going on a suicide bombing mission, I just want you to know that you have my full support.
(Mark and Brendan find Carol on the couch)
Carol: Help, I'm pregnant and I can't get up.
Brendan: OH, great, Shamu beached herself again.
Carol: Boys the next one that does a fat joke gets his shaved while he's sleeping.
(Comes in to find Mark and Brendan helping Carol up)
Frank: Hey boys, raising the Titanic again, huh?
Carol: (singing Sinatra style) ...you're gonna be a beautiful, baby, even though you're mothers a, cow.
Pam: (to Frank) Well, I'm glad I didn't throw mysaelf at you, I'd be really embarrassed.
Shamu: Brendan refers to Carol as this. Shamu is the stage name of Sea World's iconic Orca (killer whale) show.

For her time, she was the largest passenger steamship in the world. She famously sank on April 15th, 1912.
