Episode Quotes
Dana: Gee Al, problems at work?
Al: Yeah I got fired.
Dana: You lost your waitressing job with that sunny disposition, I'm shocked.
Frank: Gee Al, you got canned again. What did you do this time?
Al: Well it wasn't my fault. See this stupid lady spends about 20 minutes trying to decide what kind of cheese she should have on her patty melt. So I made a suggestion.
Frank: Which was?
Al: I told her if I had a butt like that I'd lay off the cheese all together.
Al: UH, Mr. Sloane, you expect me to work with a monkey?
Mr. Sloane: Hey this monkey has opened over 35 stores over the last two years. If he could answer the phone you'd be out of a job.
(Al comes out with her Mr. Chips uniform on)
Al: This is so lame.
Mr. Sloane: Lame? There's nothing lame about representing the fastest growing mall franchise in America. Chin up, shoulders back, show some pride.
Al: I'm wearing a cookie on my head how proud is that?
Al: Nice try honey, but there are three things I will never do it again. Number one, eat sushi. Number two, zip up my pants in the dark and number three, wear a Tarzan suit in public.
JT: What does being smart have to with playing pool?
Rich: Yeah, JT can play pool really good and he's an idiot.
JT: (to Rich about hustling) Whatever you do don't say anything to Cody, he's into honesty and morality and all that crap.
Al: Bad news. The animal trainer won't be able to pick up Mister Chips tonight.
Al: What are you gonna have to take him home overnight?
Al: No, you are.
Al: Wait, me? No, no, I can't do that.
Al: Can't? There is no can't here at Hello, Mr. Chips. If you're gonna keep this job you're gonna take this monkey home tonight.
Al: Well why can't you take him home?
Al: Hey, hey, I have a mother-in-law living with me. One hairy beast in the house is enough.
(Dana sees Al with Mr. Chips)
Dana: Gee Al, even you can do better than that.
Episode Goofs
The place that Al gets her latest job at, "Hello, Mr. Chips", is said by the manager to be the hottest growing "mall" franchise in the country. And Mr. Chips is the company's mascot, a valuable mascot at that. One that would not be subject to going home with a person who had just worked at the place for one day. Most likely, Mr. Sloan, would have had to be responsible for him or get fired.
