JT and Rich think getting a job at a local restaurant that Dana and her friend are picketing for sexist hairing practices is gonna be heaven on earth. They soon find out that "Barky" and her friends were on to the right idea when the job turns out to be their worst nightmare.
Meanwhile, Frank turns the basement into a recreation room using old tavern accessories and Flash comes to stay with the family while his place is fumigated.

Episode Quotes |
| |
Frank: Flash, you wanted to tell me something.
Flash: I just wanted to let you know that I might be a little late for work tommorrow. You see they're fumigating my apartment and I'm staying with my Aunt. She doesn't live here in the neighborhood.
Frank: Where does she live?
Flash: Kansas City. | (Dana and her friends come through the front door)
Rich: Well, hello ladies!
JT: Forget it, those aren't ladies. It's Barky and her man-hater friends.
Frank: Oh joy, Beavis and Butt scratch.
Frank: What's going on Barky another meeting of the future gym teachers of America? | Dana: (to Rich) You are the slimeist low-life vermin on the face of the planet.
(Dana leaves the room)
Rich: Yep, she wants me. | Al: (to JT and Rich) Why don't you two just forget about women and date each other? | Dana: Am I alone in the battle against sexism.
JT: Barky, you're alone in everything. |
