Strange Luck

People say I'm... lucky. It all began in a plane crash thirty years ago. One hundred and six lives ending in a single heartbeat. No one survived... except me.

Freelance photojournalist Chance Harper (D.B. Sweeney) survived a plane crash as a child through an incredibly lucky break, and after his adoption, soon learned that he has... strange luck. Not good, not bad. Just... strange. Things happen around Chance. Strange things. Odd things. He's always in the wrong place at the right time, to help someone, even if it isn't always apparent who or what or how. If he goes into a bank, it gets robbed. if he goes into a restaurant, someone chokes. With the help of wisecracking waitress Angie (Frances Fisher), and reporter Audrey Westin (Pamela Gridley), Chance tries to deal with a world where everything is never what it seems... and find out the origins of his own strange luck.
