Gregory has Cole arrested and promises him that he'll lose everything. Caitlin returns to Sunset Beach and tells Olivia that Cole has been arrested. Gregory arrives home and tells Caitlin to say her farewell to Cole as he is about to be deported to Europe. Olivia dreams that Cole has told Gregory about their affair and Caitlin's heart is broken. When Olivia wakes up she is happy to find out it was only a dream. Annie and Tim continue plotting while Meg is reading Maria's diary. Someone unlocks the studio door and Meg leaves. When Ben gets worried about Meg he opens the front door and Meg is there. Meg blames Annie for locking her in the room but Bette gives Annie an alibi for the evening. Meg wonders if maybe Ben was responsible because he was the only one in the house the whole evening.
