Rae decides to go back to San Francisco with Wei-Lee. She decides to write Casey a goodbye note but he arrives home before she leaves. Casey is disappointed when she leaves. Caitlin tells Julianna about Cole's sudden disappearance. Gregory checks if his latest plan to get rid of Cole has worked. Gregory convinces Elaine to take the stand. Cole manages to break free. Julianna arrives at the trial. Casey’s mother, Alex arrives in Sunset Beach. Caitlin wants to know if Gregory is responsible for Cole’s disappearance, but he convinces her otherwise. Julianna demands to be allowed to address the court but Cole shows up just as she is about to speak.
