In the 70's, country singer Hank, highly indebted with the Mafia, was frozen over in order to begin a new life in a better future. Gangsters Ratso and Gunnar find the container in which Hank had been frozen over and thaw his body. Since his creditors are still on his heels him after all the years, Hank seeks help from Super Force.
