A continuity error can be seen when Mala is watching Lex Luthor on television. First we can see the TV is sitting atop a stand, but after she zaps it with her heat ray vision, the stand has disappeared.

"The Last Son of Krypton, Part I"

In this episode, Jor-El suggested to the Council to put the entire population of Krypton into the Phantom Zone, then one person would use the ship to go to a new world and release the population. So, it makes sense that there was a Phantom Zone projector in Superman's ship.
