Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron

Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron

SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron is a cartoon show produced by Hanna-Barbera.
The action takes place in Megakat City, a metropolis populated by anthropomorphic felines, aka "kats".

The main characters are Jake Clawson and Chance Furlong, two daring pilots who were once thrown out of the Enforcers (Megakat City air force) due to insubordination that resulted in material damages. Jake and Chance were forced to work at a salvage yard to repay the damages they caused. However, such life did not suit them. Using scrap metal and broken devices from the junk yard, the kats built their own jet called the Turbokat and became vigilantes known as the SWAT Kats. Razor (Jake) is the brain of the team, T-Bone (Chance) is the muscle. T-Bone pilots the Turbokat, Razor is responsible for the weapons. Together the SWAT Kats protect Megakat City from robots, aliens, mutants, demons, guests from the past and ordinary criminals, while in normal life they are still auto mechanics working at the salvage yard, and no one in the city suspects that these two losers lead a double life.

The greatest cartoon ever appeared on TV!Rating: 3 likes, 0 dislikes

The Swat Kats were always one of my favorite superheroes and one of the cartoons which made my childhood great. Everything about this show is great - animation, plots ,music, the characters...there was no limit in imagination of the writers; shore there were some weird machines and sorceries, but this is cartoon, that's why we watch them, because of fantasy.
