	Razor (Jake Clawson), voiced by Barry Gordon First Appearance: "The Pastmaster Always Rings Twice" Catchphrase: "Bingo!" Razor is the brain of the team. Inventor of the entire Swat Kats' arsenal and the designer of the Turbokat. Able to build any gadget or missile they need to defeat some badguy or a monster. As Jake, he looks like a quiet and peaceful guy, but he is still crazy enough to do every possible or impossible stunt. His main rival is his own best friend and partner - T-Bone. He likes to tease him sometimes, and although he can do almost whatever T-Bone can, he'll always try to prove to him that he is good as T-Bone, or even better.
