While he was working with the experimental diamond mining machine, the brutal convict Rex Shard suffered an accident which turned him into crystallized giant able to turn everything he touch into crystal. Seeking revenge, he is after Dr.Greenbox, the inventor of the machine that changed him. Now, the Swat Kats, with the help of Callie Briggs and Dr.Greenbox will have to find a cure for crystal giant.
