The wrack of an old Mega War II plane has been found. It turns out it belonged to the Red Lynx, the most evil pilot in history. Soon, the spirit of Red Lynx rises and now he seeks revenge against his old nemesis - the Blue Manx, and his descendant Mayor Manx himself. It's up to Swat Kats to protect the mayor, and send the Red Lynx's ghost back where he came from.
