Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron: Cry Turmoil / Swat Kats Unplugged
Cry Turmoil: Turmoil, the air pirate and her army of female pilots and fighters are terorizing the city, but the Swat Kats spoiled their plans. Turmoil notices that T-Bone is a remarkable pilot, and she drags the Turbokat on her ship. T-Bone, in order to keep himself alive, pretends that he is interested in Turmoil's offer, but he will have to go through loyalty test - by killing his "ex" partner.
Swat Kats Unplugged: Hard Drive steals the Pumadyne Weapon Scrambler - a machine that can get any weapon out of function. While the Swat Kats tried to catch him, they got hit by Scrambler, and so they will have to stop Hard Drive without their weapons and gadgets.

Episode Notes
Turmoil was originally supposed to make a return appearance, in an episode title Turmoil II: The Revenge. She would've escaped from Alkatraz and gotten ahold of a powerful laser satellite, according to Lance Falk. But the series was canceled, and the idea was dropped.
The original idea for this episode was that Feral would become so obsessed with arresting the Swat Kats, that he lose his job, and he would fall in love with Turmoil, and become the member of her crew. But the producers rejected this script because the Swat Kats would then have a little air time. So they replaced Feral with T-Bone.

Episode Goofs
In Cry Turmoil, Razor was tied up with glovatrix on his wrist. That kind of handcuffs could never fit on his wrists with glovatrix on it, and how could the guards possibly forgot to disarm him!?
