A rock promoter plans to make off with $1,000,000 of charity money, when his loud, obnoxious conscience shows up. His banker shows up trying to blackmail him, so he kills her and his conscience gets louder. He tries to leave with the money but his conscience tricks him into confessing over a loud speaker.
