That's My Mama

That's My Mama was set in a middle-class African American neighborhood in Washington, DC. The show dealt with the life of Clifton Curtis, a 20ish year old who was employed at Oscar's Barber Shop, which he had inherited from his late father. Clifton likes his days as a bachelor, but his well-intentioned mother "Momma" Curtis, would prefer he settles down and takes a bride.
