Tired of constant failure from scratch and Grounder Dr. robotnik figures hell be an old man before he can catch sonic and with that he invents the the Decrepitizer an aging ray gun meant to turn Sonic into an old man. however the dumbbots set in in reverse and turn sonic and tails into babies! worse is that they accidentyly shoot robotnik! when the babies are taken to a daycare scratch and grounder try everything to get the babies out and turn sonic into an old man.
