After a fifth victim is discovered, Blake ignores warnings to keep detective Van Hauten off the case - which proves handy when he connects the torn jacket to the ramblings of mentally ill Reginald. However, the team struggle to find evidence on their new prime suspects - and have to pin their hopes on Reginald making a positive identification.
