Rosie Perez is a fairly know actress who stared in movies like Fearless (1993), which granted her one Academy Award Nomination, and It Could Happen to You (1994). She is widely recognized for her squeaky voice.

Will was impersonating Desi Arnaz's character Ricky Ricardo from classic 1950s American sitcom I Love Lucy.
