Blanche, Rose and Sophia decide to sell their Miami home in favor of operating a South Beach hotel, The Golden Palace, as a way to pave an exciting new road to life. However, upon meeting the hotel manager, Roland, and the chef, Chuy, the girls quickly learn that it might not be as easy as they think.

The crew decide to promote the hotel in various ways. Rose decides to allow guests of a TV talk show stay in the hotel for free, so long as the TV show advertises the hotel. Meanwhile, Blanche and Roland have a difference in opinion on hotel operations.

Which turns out that they want him, and so thinking of him Blanche fires him, which turns out to be a bad thing cause it ends up sending Roland to the bike rentals at the airport!

So Blanche turns to Rebecca for an egg, however the idea is stopped because Bobby Lee, is sterile. Meanwhile, Roland and Chuy agree to teach a self defense class for Sophia and her friends.
