Lucy gets an idea that if she dressed as a sailor, she could sneak aboard the sub undetected. But what she didn't expect was to be stuck as a stowaway.

Unfortunately, Lucy is put in charge of bringing his dummies to the show. On the way, she leaves them behind in a cab, causing Lucy to fill in as Tessie, one of his dummies.

Lucy tries on a diamond ring that Mr. Mooney bought as a gift for his wife. When the ring gets stuck on her finger, Mr. Mooney gives her a tranquilizer in order to relax her, hoping the ring will slip off. Instead, it causes her to become limp, forcing Mr. Mooney to carry back home.
