Colonel Morgan, who trained Napoleon Solo years ago in Korea, sends an appeal to U.N.C.L.E. He tells Solo the Premier of his country plans a coup, and enlists Solo and Kuryakin to help him steal a sacred sceptre. With the sceptre in hand he can force Premier Karim to abandon his plan to overthrow the democratically elected government.
