But when Eddie turns up dead from an aparent motorcycle accident, it's up to Pete, Linc and Julie to go undercover and find out what happened to Eddie Sweeney and his now missing camera.

Piney Hills is a small town with only a store, a gas station and a bar/diner isolated along a quiet mountain road. Across the street, surrounded by the majestic mountainside, is the Camp Williams Trailer Park.

Camp Williams Trailer Park is owned by retired military sergeant Gus Williams (James Gregory) and his younger wife Doris (Anna Capri). When Linc goes undercover and lands Eddie Sweeney's old job as the trailer park's maintenance man, he immediately notices that there's more to the couple and the trailer park than meets the eye.

When two familiar guests (Pete and Julie) arrive at the park as undercover newlyweds on their honeymoon, Linc has the backup he needs and begins to befriend the sympathetic wife, hoping that she can help shed some light on what happened to Eddie, while Pete and Julie go straight to work on the other trailer park guests.

When the squad finally finds Eddie's lost camera and have the film developed, it seems that the trailer park and the town, are at the center of Eddie's murder... and something else just as criminal. Pete, Linc and Julie may have found themselves in the middle of something much bigger.

With the help of a local undercover auto mechanic (Captain Grear), the team reveals the secrets of a gas station worker named Lucas (Bruce Glover), a store owner named Walker (Hal Baylor) and some seemy trailer park guests named Sanderson (Dub Taylor and Irene Hervey) that have very questionable backgrounds.
