Boundary Mountain, a ski resort, for the wealthy and enthusiasts of extreme sports, is also home to the Carver family. It's a saga of the Carver family in the aftermath of the death of the family patriarch, David Carver, Sr. whose early demise in the wake of an avalanche will bring about unprecedented change in the family business. David Carver, Sr. founded the town of Boundary, and the internationally famous ski resort which was won in an infamous poker game. The choice of the heir of Boundary Mountain will shock and uproot the Carver family, when the free-spirited and irresponsible David Carver, Jr. is named as heir to Boundary Mountain. David Jr. must decide between his family ties and his aspirations to become a motocross racer. Will Carver, the other brother, is dumbfounded after he has devoted himself for years to the family business and educating himself for such, when all of a sudden, he has to answer to David Jr. Meanwhile, long time arch-nemesis of the Carver family, Colin Dowling rolls back into town to try and take advantage of the death of Carver Sr. Colin has every intention of stirring up trouble for Boundary Mountain.
