Another record company opens two floors above "Throb" Records. The motives of a competitive, young record producer (Jerry Levine) are anything but altruistic when he befriends both Zach and Blue (Jonathan Prince, Jane Leeves). The competition snatches away not only the hot contracts before Zach's nose, but also hires his employee Blue.
