Oscar Proud is Penny's loving father, even though Penny may believe he sometimes cares a little too much. He can see that his daughter is ready to grow up, but she stills needs a little guidance (and occasionally a babysitter) along the way, which Oscar does his best to offer. The ever-so-proud owner of Proud Snacks, Oscar struggles to keep the family business afloat and the tastiest in the industry, but that may be a tough order, particularly when his neighbour Felix Boulvardez's construction company finds the snacks perfect for landfill! |
