When Penny's parents allow her to have a party for her friends, she finds out that all her friends would rather go to LaCienega's which is on the same night. But when a group of people show up to Penny's party she doesn't really like, she's definately not happy. But in the end, they convice her that it's the quality of the people, not the amount of people that show up that makes a party great.
