Episode Summary

Alex, an unlucky-in-love doctor, and Evan, an impetuous and spontaneous writer, are looking for a third person to share their St Kilda apartment with - Evan would prefer the part-time model (and full-time airhead) Andrena, while Alex wants the more scatty, down-to-earth Kelly. Alex gets her wish, and Kelly moves in, but Andrena isn't quite out of the picture... Their neighbours Richie and Miranda both get auditions that could be their big breaks, but only one of them actually lands a part, and is forced to break the news to their less-lucky partner; their flatmate Will, meanwhile, is dealing with his troublesome ex Leah, who is suddenly back in the picture... And while her best friend Gabrielle is out of town, Alex finds herself inexplicably drawn to Gab's fiance, Jason - who might return her feelings.
