Tracy returns to the dumping ground after her fostering ended since her foster parents were having a baby. Everyone in stowey house care home ( or whats more commonly known as the dumping ground) are dreading tracy's return. The new girl Justine has already stolen Tracy's best friend Louise, as well as her old room. The two get off to a bad start as Tracy 'acidenteally' breaks Justine's new clock that her dad gave her.
