The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!

The show is about the adventures of Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad as they journey through the Mushroom Kingdom to stop the evil King Koopa from ruining it. Each episode contains a cartoon about that, and a Live Action Segment about the Mario Brothers being plumbers in Brooklyn, before they got sucked into the Mushroom Kingdom.

Every Fridays, there would be a Legend of Zelda cartoon, rather than the normal Mario cartoon. The guides for those episodes can be viewed here.

Currently Airing:

The Super Mario Brothers. Super Show! is not currently airing on any channel, however, the spin off shows, Captain N & the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Captain N and the New Super Mario World, both aired recently for a short while on POP TV. They sold the rights to Boomerang UK, who can choose to air the show anytime they want, along with Legend of Zelda.

Update: Captain N and the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 is airing on POP TV again, as well as Super Mario World. This must be proof that POP TV still have rights to the show, as i doubt they would leave themselves open for lawsuit.

Update: Captain N and the New Super Mario World has started airing on POP TV again, this could be a sign that they still have rights. It is yet unknown as to whether Captain N and the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 is going to air on POP again.
