In the tradition of Robin Hood, wealthy art dealer Harry Lime helps Interpol solve crimes and right wrongs assisted by Bradford Webster.

Based very loosely on the 1949 film of the same name which starred Orson Welles in the title role from the novella by Graham Greene.
