Project Tic-Toc:
A massive government facility located under the deserts somewhere in the Western United States. It houses the time tunnel apparatus and the 12,000 person support staff. Viewers see little of the project, but revealed is the control room for the tunnel and an immense reactor of futuristic design, presumably the power source for the tunnel and the complex. Judging by the increase in this reactor's activity, sending material through time consumes an enormous quantity of power. There are many levels to the complex, presumably containing quarters, laboratories, and other support facilities.
