• NBC picks new 'Today' trio

NBC has selected a trio of hosts for the newly expanded fourth hour of "Today."

A formal announcement is expected to come on Tuesday (Aug. 14), but a variety of media sources are reporting that Ann Curry, Natalie Morales and Hoda Kotb will serve as co-host.

The fourth hour of "Today" will premiere on Monday, Sept. 11 and will air immediately following the morning show's first three hours in roughly 90 percent of the country.
