|
When a pilot delivering air mail has to make an unplanned stop on Waltons Mountain due to engine trouble, he has to spend a few days there in order to get things fixed before taking off again. While he is there, the pilot's wife tracks him down and the Waltons find out some secrets that he wanted to keep hidden, and ultimately faces. Before he takes off again, to express his thanks, he gives Olivia a surprise plane ride.
