When Olivia starts taking art classes in Charlottesville at the urging of John Boy, she begins enjoying herself and the class, especially when they got to an art gallery. However, when Olivia realizes that the instructor has feelings for her, she stops going to class and eventually has to tell him that on Walton's Mountain is where she belongs and where she wants to be. And while this is going on, Mary Ellen spends some time with a boy who hopes to become a doctor one day. When she tells him that her aspirations are to work in the medical field as well, she is disappointed to find out that he is against it, and so is Grandma. | | There are no foreign summaries for this episode: Contribute |
