Upon their discharge from the Army, Jim Bob and Jodie begin to rebel against the strict life they lived in the military. While they are out driving one night, Jim Bob narrowly misses hitting a deputy sheriff’s car and is given a warning to begin driving more safely. However, instead of calming down, Jim Bob and Jody continue on their reckless ways, resulting in Jody getting hurt in a car accident. Ultimately, this causes Jim Bob to come to his senses about what he was doing and he decides to open up a garage, with Jody as his partner.
Meanwhile, the Baldwin sisters are having their own problems. One day, Miss Emily rushes to Ike’s store, in a panic about not knowing where her sister is. Going back to their house, Ike investigates and ultimately finds Miss Mamie in a secret room in which their grandfather used to make the recipe. It is certainly lucky that the sisters found the secret room; a Government inspector soon stops by their house to ask them to stop making their illegal moonshine. Not understanding what he is talking about, the sisters insist that their recipe is a perfectly fine drink, but the inspector tells them he plans on returning to dismantle their machine and take it with him.
While Miss Mamie and Miss Emily are wondering what to do about their problem, Ike comes to the rescue; he tells them he can try and fix their grandfather’s recipe machine, so they can continue making their recipe. Share this article with your friends
