Anthology series set in Las Vegas Strip, where a shady character dressed in a suit keeps a watch on all the people who arrive in this gambling metropolis. His tools are the surveillance cameras that control the security. Through them, the Watcher examines the lives of the tourists and gamblers who chase a fortune.
