At the start of the episode, Shawn says the little boys name is Danny Parkes. But when the boy gets hit by the car and his mum rushes over to him, she calls him JOSH!!?!

Shawn called the boy Danny Partridge, Danny Bonaduce character from the Partridge Family, as a joke.
