Four foot tall Simon McKay (David Rappaport) is a genius who previously developed weapons for the US government but grew apathy for destruction. Since quitting his apparently high paying job he has turned to making toys and devices for the handicapped. For safety, the government assigned Alex Jaggere (Doug Barr) to protect him from being kidnapped by a foreign power. The pair travels all over the globe during their adventures. Also always helped by his gruff yet kindly housekeeper Tillie Russell (Fran Ryan). The show was said to resemble that of a kind gentle MacGyver type series.
