  Episode Notes
Suzanne Somers does not appear in this episode, marking Chrissy's first absence from the series. This was due to Suzanne's protest of her salary, so she skipped the filming. Chrissy is explained away as visiting her parents in Fresno.

This episode was actually the first produced for the season, but was withheld as the producers wanted the season premiere to feature Suzanne Somers, who is absent from this episode.

This episode was the first to have a script edit due to Suzanne's sudden calling off. Originally, Chrissy was written in the episode to defend Jack in court.
