Richard has itchy toes and when the doctor diagnoses him with athletes foot, Hyacinth decrees it's not a socially acceptable disease, and thus gives him a self-diagnosis. Meanwhile, Daddy has decided, secretly, to rent out his room to a Mr Mawsby; and when his kids find out, they wonder where he is!
