| |
Joe Turk (William Devane) is a long-time Chicago police sergeant and father of 4 children. Two of his children have followed in his footsteps and become cops as well; but one of his children strayed to the wrong side of the law, while the youngest of the children is struggling just to make it through college. Now, Joe has to keep his family from falling apart, but it becomes increasingly hard when he finds himself falling for Ginny, a waitress.
