Wagon Train: The Cathy Eckhart Story

Pretty Cathy Eckhart is found murdered. Major Adams investigates and discovers that the death has ties to the disappearance of wagons going through a mountain pass and the hanging of a man who murdered Cathy's father. Flashbacks abound as the Major interrogates four suspects.

Martin Landau would later win an Emmy for his role as Rollin Hand on Mission:Impossible and an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Bela Lugosi in Ed Wood. Fellow guest star Gregory Walcott also appeared in that movie.

Robert Horton does not appear in this episode.
