Episode Quotes
Flint: I'm takin' the shortest, fastest route that I know and I'm not gonna change because of a bunch of omens.
Bleymier: Then you're a bigger fool than I thought.

Wooster: I figure if I'm real lucky I'll fix this supper before it breaks.
Flint: In that case I'm prayin' it rains.

Claiborne: (about Bleymier) I'd sorta like to meet his daughter.
Flint: I can't say as I blame you.

Flint: Bleymier, you've caused nothin' but trouble ever since we started this trip and a lot of folks are sick of it especially me.

Bleymier: (to Belle) Love always ends in death no matter who does the killing.

Wooster: I don't know which is worse--a cold supper or a bad Indian.
Flint: A cold supper never coast a man his life.

Bleymier: The horses! They took my horses!
Hawks: You're lucky they didn't take your scalp along with it.

Belle: (about the smoke signals) What does it mean?
Wooster: It ain't no invitation to a quiltin' bee.

Episode Goofs
Nitpick: Belle Bleymier recovers very quickly from what appears to be a serious wound.
