Episode Quotes
Coop: Did you hear that, Bill? The stew's gonna have flavor in it.
Hawks: Somebody must be havin' a birthday.
Wooster: Why don't you two smart alecks get some new jokes?

Abigail: Why are you hiding?
Gillman: I had a little accident.
Abigail: That's no reason to hide.

Hale: Mr. Moore, I'll dispense with whatever law is necessary on this wagon train.

Hale: You mind tellin' me how that piece of lead got in there?
Gillman: Yeah, I was cleanin' my gun and it just went off. I do peculiar things sometimes.

Hale: Aren't you cutting it a little fine hanging around here?
Gillman: Maybe I'd enjoy cuttin' it fine.

Bobby Darin doesn't get to sing in this episode but he does get to prove his worth as a dramatic actor in the role of an outlaw whose heart is warmed by a dying orphan girl.
