Jack Spicer sets up a trap for the monks with the help of a magical mime called Le Mime. He traps Raimundo, Kimiko, and Omi in an impenetrable, invisible box. It's up to Clay to get the Wu, but the other monks have doubts about him actually winning it, because of his slow, easy-going nature. Will Jack Spicer win the showdown, or will Clay's plan win?

Episode Quotes |
| |
Clay: Beside, fellas, I'd like to think we all learned a little something today.
Kimiko: Never lose faith in a friend?
Omi: The value of simple solutions?
Raimundo: Omi can't use slang?
Clay: Nope. We learned everybody hates a mime. | Dojo: Magic mime? They've always been obnoxious, but now they're dangerous too? | Omi: (About the obstacle course) I foolishly and shamefully lost an eighth of a second on the sandbags. As Raimundo would say, I smell bad.
Raimundo: "I stink", not "I smell bad".
Omi: I stink?
Raimundo: Yeah, and you smell bad too. | Jack: First order of business after I take over the world: vaporize all mimes! | Kimiko: Check out the monk with the moves!
(She hugs Omi)
Omi: My first girl hug! May I have another?
Kimiko: Easy, Omi. One per customer. | Omi: Clay's performance has me tripping on very cold stones!
Raimundo: No, no, you're stone cold tripp...oh, forget it! | Dojo: Don't you worry your pretty little heads. My man Clay is... just... standing there! HEY! GET YOUR BUTT IN THERE! MOVE! |

Analysis |

Like A Rock:
As this episode is a Clay oriented episode and Clay's element is Earth, it seems only logical that the title refers to Clay's element. |
