BBC drama based on the classic novel by Robert Graves which aired on Masterpiece Theater in the United States. The storyline concerned the Emperors of Rome from Augustus to Nero as told by Claudius, Emperor of Rome from A. D. 41 to A. D. 54. Derek Jacobi starred in the title role as Claudius.
