First she’ll cook up a traditional southern finger food--Cheesy Shrimp on Grits Toast. Paula’s Fried Ravioli with Marinara Cream Sauce is gonna be a hit with its crispy outside and cheesy inside. To sweeten up the party, Paula’s baking rich and creamy Savannah Cheesecake Cookies that will just melt in your mouth. First, Jamie’s making his signature Beef Chili that has always been a hit with his friends. Bobby thinks he’s gonna win the title with his simple and savory Salmon Filets over Couscous. Paula plans to knock the socks off the judges by cooking an old family recipe, Mouthwatering Short Ribs with Buttered White Rice. Folks‘ll be rollin’ down the river for Paula’s finger licking, sticky cinnamon rolls. Of course, this riverside party wouldn't be complete without some fresh seafood, so Paula’s frying up some oil to make the crispiest calamari in town. Today’s one of Paula’s favorite holidays--Mother’s Day! Her boys Bobby and Jamie are comin’ over to help her in the kitchen and together they’re going to make some of their favorite brunch food. They’ll start off with Nutty Orange Coffee Cake. If you like Paula’s Gorilla Bread--you’ll love this--with it’s sugary orange glaze--this cake is gonna melt every momma’s heart. Wait till you see the Benedictine Sandwiches which are simply delicious with their special crema cheese filling. They are just the perfect finger food. Then it’s on to Eggs in a Nest which taste just as good as they look with their flaky, melt-in-your-mouth crust.
