Episode Summary
  
The sun is shining and the boats are cruising along the river. Today Paula is going outside and throwing a riverside party with some of your favorite carnival finger foods. First she’s taking a dip in some sugar and spice and making candy apples that will satisfy every sweet tooth in town. Folks‘ll be rollin’ down the river for Paula’s finger licking, sticky cinnamon rolls. Of course, this riverside party wouldn't be complete without some fresh seafood, so Paula’s frying up some oil to make the crispiest calamari in town. So come ashore and join Paula as she coasts through some quick and tasty party treats!
