For Manning, the resources of the Lee Foundation, and his new team provides to him the perfect opportunity to seek vengeance on Paine, whom he believes murdered his father years ago.

With the aid of his new team, Shark, Lioness, Hawk, and King, Manning, under the codename "Axel", battles Payne's forces, but is there more to this battle than it seems?
